About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring for management positions, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This role involves working for a fun and flexible company, gaining valuable work experience. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and strictly follow all company policies and procedures, expecting the same from your crew.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must be 18 years or older
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
