About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically assistant managers and shift runners. The position is described as fun and flexible, with opportunities to gain experience and advance within the company. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and ensure their crew does the same. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The company promotes from within, and management employees may advance toward becoming a General Manager or potentially a franchisee. The rate of pay is the applicable California minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team-member and food-safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
