About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. This is a fun and flexible role with opportunities to gain experience and advance within the company. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example by following all company policies and procedures and expecting the same from their crew. The company promotes from within, and Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
