As a Donation Center Attendant Assistant Manager, you will provide world-class customer service to all internal and external customers. You will manage and coordinate the applications of an operational design which includes the processing of donations and in-site (GGC) and off-site collections (ADCs). Ensure accurate donation count. Ensure appropriate staffing at ADCs at all times. Assist in recruiting and hiring all ADC team members. Plan to cover ADC labor shortages. Proactively resolve all conflicts among collection, production, and distribution of donated products. Operate assigned vehicles in a safe and lawful manner. Train, coach, develop and manage performance of ADC team members resulting in maximum team synergy, efficiency and profitability.
