Organization: Transplant Financial Job Summary: The Assistant Manager, Clinic Operations is a direct supervisory leadership role with operational responsibility for designated clinics. Responsibilities in collaboration with and under guidance of Manager include fiscal accountability, maintaining quality and regulatory standards, maintaining a high level of patient/family centered care and service, patient and staff satisfaction, program development, managing and enveloping teams, and ensuring integration with the clinical enterprise. Proceeds feedback, coaching and mentoring to less experienced peers and other members of the healthcare team, collaborating closely with nursing.

Requirements

  • 4 years relevant work experience
  • High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

  • Under the guidance on the manager, collaborates to operationalize the mission, strategic plan, budgets, resource allocation, operational plans, and policies for the PCC, Hospitals and Vanderbilt Clinic.
  • In partnership with management, prepares annual operating and capital budgets following established guidelines and using benchmark data.
  • Works with Clinic Management to develops and monitor the implementation of area specific quality plan linked to organizational goals.
