This position manages a portion of the store operations based on the Store Manager’s direction, according to company policies and procedures. It ensures the store operates in a manner that optimizes sales and profitability and reflects a consistent Commercial Tire image to its customers. This position is responsible for all employee management functions for the store area of responsibility, to include hiring, discipline, employee relations, employee time approval, and employee scheduling.
