About The Position

Cushman & Wakefield Services is hiring a full-time, direct-hire Assistant Maintenance Manager in North Randall, Ohio. The role supports the smooth operation of the facility by leading maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, identifying opportunities to improve maintenance performance, and supervising and developing the maintenance team. The position offers pathways to advancement into higher management positions and specialized roles.

Compensation is described in the posting in multiple ways: an initial range of $95,000–$105,000 plus a 10% bonus incentive; a benefits section lists $95,000–$116,000 plus a 10% bonus; and the compensation disclosure lists $88,400–$104,000. Requirements

• A four-year degree or five years of leadership experience in maintenance.
• At least three years of experience in a leadership role overseeing maintenance teams and programs.
• Experience maintaining conveyors and robotics, or overseeing a team that performs this maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead morning briefings and prioritize work orders.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance issues.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct audits.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Supervise and develop the maintenance team.
• Perform maintenance on conveyors and robotics, or oversee a team performing that maintenance.
