As an Assistant Machine Operator, you'll work alongside experienced Machine Operators to help produce high-quality corrugated packaging while learning valuable manufacturing and printing skills. Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Basic math skills and the ability to accurately measure to 1/16 of an inch.
Ability to follow written work instructions and production specifications.
Willingness to learn and operate multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment.
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.
Basic computer skills are a plus.
Experience working with printing inks, PMS colors, or GCMI color standards is preferred.
Previous experience operating high-speed manufacturing or printing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, operation, and changeover of high-speed manufacturing and printing equipment.
Load raw materials into machines to maintain continuous production.
Remove, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment.
Assist the Machine Operator with machine adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Inspect products for quality and report any issues to the Machine Operator.
Follow production specifications, work instructions, and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S standards.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.
