About The Position

The Assistant Machine Operator fills in during break periods and runs the line when the operator is not present. This role coordinates and facilitates the daily operations on the assigned line to maximize all available resources. The Assistant Machine Operator will coordinate operational activities with input and interaction from a variety of sources. They will also evaluate operations processes and systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
