About The Position

Lead the Team That Keeps Our Loan Operations Running Right Are you a detail-driven, organized leader with a solid understanding of loan servicing, escrow, and insurance tracking? Are you looking for a role where your banking knowledge and leadership can make a direct impact on operational accuracy, regulatory compliance, and team success? As the Assistant Loan Services Manager, you will play a critical role in the daily oversight of our loan servicing functions.  You’ll guide a specialized team responsible for commercial and consumer loan support—ensuring our servicing operations remain accurate, compliant, and customer-focused. You’ll take ownership of process oversight, staff training, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness, all while working in a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and your leadership moves the department forward.

Requirements

  • A strong foundation in loan operations, with 3+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of direct supervisory or team leadership responsibilities.
  • A demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and lead teams, setting clear expectations and supporting professional development while driving accountability.
  • Deep understanding of loan servicing functions—particularly mortgage loan servicing, escrow processing, and insurance tracking—with working knowledge of systems like DNA strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations and reporting standards (including SOX controls, and audit practices).
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify system or process discrepancies and implement corrections.
  • Experience supporting or leading regulatory audits, call report coding, and data integrity initiatives in partnership with Compliance, Credit Administration, and Finance teams.
