The Assistant Library Director of Collections and Access provides leadership and strategic direction for the development, management, delivery, and access of library collections and services that meet the evolving needs of the community. Working closely with the Deputy Director of Community Engagement, this position ensures that residents have equitable access to diverse, relevant, and high-quality library resources in multiple formats. The Assistant Director provides leadership support for the Collection Development Office (CDO), Technical Services, Circulation Services, and Delivery Services. This position leads and manages projects and initiatives that advance library priorities, improve operational effectiveness, increase community engagement with library services and collections, and support innovation across teams. This position requires the ability to report to, and travel between, assigned library locations during the workday within a reasonable timeframe.
