Requirements

• Previous sales management or supervisor experience is preferred.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing a sales team.
• Experience in consumer lending, loan origination, or financial sales.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Comfort with technology, digital lending tools, and remote communication.

Responsibilities

• Help lead and motivate a team of loan officers to achieve and exceed goals.
• Coach and mentor loan officers through daily member interactions and sales strategies.
• Support hiring, training and onboarding of new loan officers.
• Bring fresh ideas, energy and innovation to help grow loan origination.
• Guide members through the lending process with confidence, professionalism and care.
