About The Position

Kerry (Canada) Inc is recruiting for an Assistant Lead- Operator to provide support to all areas of production ensuring that both machines and facilities are maintained to operate in a safe efficient manner. The pay range for this position is $23 - $25 per hour. This position has a continuous 12-hour shift and is both days and nights.

Requirements

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to perform physical labour or work at heights
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Able to comprehend and follow safety procedures
• Work well in a team environment and able to communicate well with peers and supervisors via verbal and written communication
• Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Experience leading a shift in a continuous production environment would be an asset

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment
• Perform and lead preventative maintenance
