Farm Burger is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager/Lead Line Cook to join their team at the 10 Patton Ave location. Farm Burger is a neighborhood burger joint that serves 100% grassfed burgers, partnering with local farmers and ranchers to create a community-driven menu. Requirements

Minimum of 1 year kitchen management experience.
Strong leadership skills.
Able to communicate effectively in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory management software.

Responsibilities

Assisting the chef/kitchen manager in all aspects of the Back of House (BOH).
Actively working grill or plating stations.
Engaging in the training of new staff.
Building relationships with local farmers and creating specials showcasing local ingredients.
Managing food costs with proper purchasing, recipe/portion-size maintenance, and waste management.
Writing and enforcing schedules for proper labor cost control.
Adhering to health code protocols and maintaining a well-organized, clean kitchen space.
Taking inventory and managing proper par levels.
