Responsibilities

  • Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties.
  • Ordering & confirming orders.
  • Handling makegoods.
  • Monitoring placement of scheduled spots.
  • Maintaining added value and billing reconciliation.
  • Learn & understand media terminology.
  • Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer.
  • Implement work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients.
  • Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners.
  • Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system.
  • Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets.
