Responsibilities

Assist Investors with day-to-day administrative duties.
Ordering & confirming orders.
Handling makegoods.
Monitoring placement of scheduled spots.
Maintaining added value and billing reconciliation.
Learn & understand media terminology.
Review & understand buying guidelines (goals & objectives) with buyer.
Implement work-related goals established by buyer/business solutions team on behalf of clients.
Establish & maintain business relationship with vendor partners.
Maintain accurate buy files with financial information to align with buying system.
Assume buying responsibilities from pre-buy to post-buy in small markets.
