About The Position

Columbia Academy Thunder Hill is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to join their team. This role involves supporting teachers in creating a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes the holistic development of children. The position offers a supportive environment, resources for creating a positive learning atmosphere, and opportunities for career growth through education incentives and development programs. Assistant Infant Teachers work collaboratively with lead teachers across various classrooms.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
At least 1 year prior experience with infant or all age groups of students infants to school age
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
