About The Position

This role is for an Assistant eCommerce Manager who will be responsible for the online grocery platform, ensuring a positive customer shopping experience. The position involves coordinating with various departments, overseeing daily operations, and developing strategies to increase online sales. The Assistant eCommerce Manager will support the eCommerce Manager, handle customer inquiries, analyze data for trends, prepare performance reports, and lead a team of in-store shoppers for efficient order picking and packing.
