You will support Enrolled and Registered Nurses/Midwives in providing safe, person-centred care and undertaking basic nursing duties within your education and scope of practice. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the delivery of quality care while developing your clinical skills and experience.
Requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to person-centred care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Ability to provide safe and respectful care within your education, training and scope of practice.
- Understanding of the role of an Assistant in Nursing and relevant healthcare standards and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support Enrolled and Registered Nurses/Midwives in providing safe, person-centred care.
- Undertake basic nursing duties within your education and scope of practice.
