Manage housekeeping operations in accordance with established guest service, quality and sustainability standards. This role involves interviewing, selecting, training, scheduling, coaching, and supporting associates to ensure they perform according to brand or hotel standards and HHM core values. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will observe and monitor staff performance, inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and safety, and handle guest inquiries and complaints. Responsibilities also include preparing schedules, managing inventory, preparing departmental paperwork, communicating guest service scores, and ensuring compliance with HHM internal audit standards, brand standards, and sustainability guidelines.
