About The Position

Invest West Management is seeking a motivated Assistant HOA Manager to join their team. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to be a key support partner to thriving communities. This role provides an opportunity to build transferable property management skills within the HOA sector, working with various community types such as HOAs, condos, townhomes, and PUDs. The Assistant HOA Manager will collaborate with boards, homeowners, vendors, and the internal team, developing strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with clear opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

One year or more of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow into a long-term career in HOA.
A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

Help keep HOA communities organized, compliant, and running smoothly day to day.
Communicate with homeowners and board members through emails, notices, and community updates.
Support board meetings by helping prepare agendas, packets, minutes, and follow-ups.
Participate in occasional community walk-throughs and document items that need attention.
Keep homeowner records, governing documents, and insurance information up to date.
Partner closely with HOA Portfolio Managers to solve problems and support well-managed communities.
