Supportive Team: We value our caregivers as much as our clients Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do Help the Health and Wellness Director oversee nursing and caregiving staff, including scheduling and daily support. Assist with new resident assessments, routine evaluations, and updates to care plans. Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and compliant. Take part in medication management and auditing. Support infection control, safety, and compliance efforts. Be a resource for staff on care procedures and communication standards. Help coordinate communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers. Provide leadership coverage when the Health and Wellness Director is away. Assist with training new staff and supporting ongoing education. Help maintain staffing levels and positive team relations. Assist with audits, surveys, and inspections. Perform other related duties as needed. What You’ll Bring: Active LPN license in the state of Iowa (Required) Prior experience in nursing leadership or floor supervision (Preferred) Prior experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care setting (Preferred) Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A commitment to quality, compliance, and resident-centered service Compassionate leadership and a team-first attitude
