Requirements
- Leadership, customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
- Building genuine relationships that promote long-term member retention
- Supporting membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
- Collaborating with team members to achieve club goals
- Maintaining an impressively tidy, welcoming, and high-energy facility
- Assisting with operations, phone calls, and cleaning on a daily basis
- Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth
