Requirements

Leadership, customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
Building genuine relationships that promote long-term member retention
Supporting membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement
Collaborating with team members to achieve club goals
Maintaining an impressively tidy, welcoming, and high-energy facility
Assisting with operations, phone calls, and cleaning on a daily basis
Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth
