About The Position
This role is for an Assistant Gym Manager at Anytime Fitness in Elkhorn, WI, with the requirement to also work at the Lake Geneva location. The position is full-time, offering $18-$20/hour plus growth opportunities. Requirements
- Leadership, customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Creating exceptional experiences for members and guests
- Building genuine relationships that promote long-term member retention
- Supporting membership growth through outreach, referrals, and community engagement

- Maintaining an impressively tidy, welcoming, and high-energy facility
- Assisting with operations, phone calls, and cleaning on a daily basis
- Helping execute initiatives that improve member results and satisfaction and overall club growth
