Assistant Gym Manager
About The Position
The Assistant Gym Manager supports the success and culture of the Anytime Fitness club in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The role focuses on creating positive experiences for members and guests, building relationships that support retention, helping grow membership, and learning and assisting with club operations. The Assistant Gym Manager works with the team to meet club goals, maintain a clean and welcoming facility, and carry out initiatives that improve member outcomes, satisfaction, and overall club growth. This is a full-time position paying $18–$20 per hour, with leadership and professional development training and opportunities for career advancement.
