About The Position
Leading Edge Before and After School has locations nationwide in Colorado, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, DC. We're building safe, fun, and enriching spaces where children can grow, learn, and thrive beyond the school day. Our teams work hand-in-hand with school communities to deliver high-quality before and after-school programming that inspires connection, creativity, and confidence. We're looking for several enthusiastic and dependable Assistant Group Leaders to join our expanding team!
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required)
- At least 1 year of experience working with children in any professional setting
- Friendly, dependable, and ready to support wherever needed
- A team player with great communication skills and a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist the Center Director & Group Leaders in delivering fun, age-appropriate activities
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Supervise students and engage with them positively
- Support transitions, snack time, and enrichment activities
- Foster strong relationships with students, families, and staff
