Requirements

Have a genuine passion for educating and caring for young children?
Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)?
Meet all applicable state licensing requirements for this role?

Responsibilities

Work alongside preschool teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum, using engaging characters to create a fun and enriching environment for children.
Ensure adherence to quality standards as well as health and safety regulations across classrooms and programs.
Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive workplace and create a welcoming, engaging space for children.
Communicate with parents and families, sharing updates on their child’s experiences and progress through various methods, including mobile apps and in-person conversations.
