About The Position

As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you’re a key leader in keeping the store running smoothly and efficiently. You support the Assistant Store Director in overseeing daily operations across multiple departments—including Grocery, Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer—while helping to lead, train, and inspire your team. Whether you're managing inventory, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and attractively merchandised, or stepping in to lead the store in the absence of senior leadership, your role is essential to creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Requirements

21 years of age or older
Prior experience leading others
Willingness to obtain certifications as required
Willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills & experiences
A history of ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
Ability to use time and resources efficiently and effectively
Ability to act with integrity, pride, and passion
