About The Position
As an Assistant Grocery Manager, you will be the right-hand person to the Grocery Manager, ensuring aisles are stocked with fresh produce and other grocery items. You will manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure customers have a positive experience. This role also involves training and inspiring team members and implementing sales strategies to drive excitement and sales. The ideal candidate is organized, a natural leader, and enjoys connecting with people.
