About The Position
Riverton Pointe Golf & Country Club is seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to support the Head Golf Professional in the daily operations of a premier golf program. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience as an Assistant Golf Professional who thrives in a hospitality environment and is highly focused on providing superior customer service. The club offers a year-round golf program with peak seasons in the spring and fall, hosting approximately 33,000 rounds annually and a full calendar of member events, including a premier Member-Guest tournament. The facility has also hosted notable events like the Big East Championship.
Requirements
- PGA Associate in/or through level 1.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of golf tournaments and special events, including tournament setup, scoring, and administration using Golf Genius software.
- Organize, run, and actively participate in weekly member games to promote engagement, camaraderie, and enjoyment of the game.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and their guests by providing a high level of service and personalized engagement.
- Provide individual and group golf instruction to players of varying skill levels, including ladies' and senior golf programs.
- Collaborate effectively with the golf operations team, course maintenance staff, and management to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional golf experience.
- Oversee daily golf shop operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a professional retail environment.
- Support and promote ladies' as well as men's leagues, events, and programming to encourage participation and member engagement.
- Ensure the golf course and practice facilities are presented in excellent condition throughout the day.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members and guests.
