About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to support the daily operations of our golf facility and supervise Golf Shop staff, starters/rangers, and range/cart attendants in the absence of the Director of Golf. This role assists with golf shop operations, merchandise management, tee time scheduling, tournament and event coordination, payroll support, customer service, and golf instruction, while ensuring a high-quality experience for members and guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Enrolled in or have completed Level 3 of the PGA of America apprenticeship program.
• Experience in a private or semi-private club environment.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of golf operations, etiquette, and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the golf facility.
