About The Position

The Country Club at DC Ranch is seeking a full-time, seasonal Assistant Golf Professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional golf experience to its members and guests. This role supports the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional in managing daily golf operations, member and guest services, tournaments, and events. The ideal candidate is a polished golf professional who thrives in a high-service environment and is dedicated to upholding the Club's standards and traditions. This is a seasonal position, with the season running from October to late May.

Requirements

Enrollment in the PGA Associate Program preferred (or a clear pathway toward enrollment).
3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Golf Professional or equivalent role preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, tournament management, and the Rules of Golf.
Strong proficiency with golf-specific software, including Golf Genius, ForeTees, Visage GPS, and POS systems.
Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities.
Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Service-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
Self-motivated and passionate about delivering a premium golf experience.

Responsibilities

Support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional with daily golf operations.
Manage member and guest services.
Assist with tournaments and events.
Oversee the overall execution of the Club’s golf programming.
