About The Position

CADDIE MASTER is hiring for a Full-time assistant manager for our caddie and OS operation at Hillcrest Country Club. The ideal Caddie Manager is a qualified leader who can effectively facilitate a world-class caddie program. As a Golf Caddie/OS Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the demand for caddies and OS staff on a daily basis. As a Caddie/OS Manager, you will be the contact point for all caddies and OS staff, so your communication skills should be excellent and prior management experience is preferred. The compensation for the position is $26/hr. Our Caddie/OS Managers… Are active and well-rounded personal presence in the company of people of all walks of life. Requirements

• Microsoft Suite, in particular Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Basic golf knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
