About The Position

The Assistant GM Leader is responsible for creating an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service, and establishing and maintaining a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. This role achieves sales and profit goals for the department, monitors and controls quality assurance standards, and directs and supervises all functions, duties, and activities for the Drug/GM department. The Assistant GM Leader supports the day-to-day functions of Drug/GM operations, embraces the Customer 1st strategy, and encourages associates to deliver excellent customer service.
