About The Position

The Assistant Girls Soccer Coach will be responsible for building strong relationships with administration, teachers, coaches, players, and parents. This role requires a dedicated and organized individual who is concerned with soccer equipment, player safety, academic progress, and participation numbers. The coach will encourage player development at all levels, from youth leagues to high school, and provide proper instruction in skills and strategies. Understanding of financial and budgeting processes, as well as NFHS and IHSAA coaching rules and policies, is essential. The ideal candidate will serve as a positive role model and motivator.

• Dedicated and concerned about soccer equipment, safety, sharing of athletes, academic progress, and participation numbers.
• Ability to encourage player development at the high school, middle school, and youth league level.
• Ability to provide proper instruction, teaching skills and strategies.
• Understanding of financial and budgeting processes.
• Knowledgeable and understanding of coaching and practicing rules and policies governed by the NFHS and IHSAA.
• Positive role model and motivator.
