About The Position

PASCO SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 1 is seeking an Assistant Girls Soccer Coach for Reynolds Middle School. This position is responsible for assisting in the direction of all phases of the athletic program, coordinating out-of-season activities, and ensuring compliance with all WIAA and district rules and policies. The coach will also be responsible for mentoring other coaches and attending required district and WIAA trainings.

Requirements

• Type 2 license or willingness to obtain.
• Must meet WIAA coaching requirements.
• Follow all WIAA and/or district rules, policies and guidelines.
• High School Diploma, required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level.

Responsibilities

• Mentor coaches within program.
• Direct all phases of athletic program.
• Coordinate out of season camp and/or clinics as needed or required.
• Attend District training regarding concussion management.
• Attend other district and/or WIAA trainings required to maintain coaching eligibility.
