Coach, Assistant Girls Soccer - 0.5 FTE - WHS
About The Position
Wilsonville High School is seeking two 0.5 FTE assistant coaches for the Girls Soccer team. This position will start on August 17, 2026. The salary listed is for the 2025-2026 school year and is yet to be updated for the upcoming school year. The role involves being a quality teacher and coach in developing the skills and strategies of competitive high school soccer, valuing an education-based philosophy in actions and behavior, and collaborating with coaching staff and other school staff members. The coach will work with the head coach in developing skills, techniques, and strategies for competitive soccer, and monitor student development and academic progress. Expectations include valuing education-based athletic programs and the willingness to collaborate with staff members and effectively promote an overall quality athletic program for student-athletes and the community.
Requirements
- Dedication to the positive development of the person as well as the player
- Excellent communication skills
- Be dependable, organized, punctual
- Availability to commit to evening schedule 5 days a week during the season
Nice To Haves
- Prior HS coaching experience
- College playing experience
Responsibilities
- Work with the head coach in developing skills, techniques, and strategies for competitive soccer

- Complete annual online required trainings
- Complete other West Linn-Wilsonville employment requirements
