The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for ensuring all departments operate smoothly, driving revenue on the floor, and creating memorable guest experiences. The AGM will assume full responsibility for the shift, team, and results when the General Manager (GM) is absent. This role requires a strong focus on hospitality, guest engagement, and maintaining high service standards across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events. The AGM will also manage daily financials, including cash handling, labor, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory. Visibility and active presence during peak shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential. The AGM will execute company initiatives, promotions, and operational improvements in collaboration with the GM.
