About The Position

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) will assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency. This role involves motivating and supporting sales team members to achieve their targets, managing the sales pipeline, and scheduling workshops, seminars, and other events. The AGM will also oversee inventory, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies, while upholding a commitment to outstanding customer service and fostering a positive work environment through staff training and development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in a class-based member services industry.
  • Proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Strong decision-making skills and ability to handle challenges effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and varying work schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficiency.
  • Support the training and development of staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Uphold our commitment to outstanding customer service, addressing client needs with care and professionalism.
  • Oversee inventory, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, and generate regular reports on sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and other relevant data.
  • Motivate and support sales team members to achieve their targets, help them overcome objections and close deals effectively, and manage the sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities.
  • Schedule workshops, seminars, and other events for all departments coordinate schedules with ClubReady, and process time off and sick forms.
