Candidates must have prior hotel management experience and a passion for delivering superior customer service. This is a dual property with 180 rooms, conference space, lounge, complimentary breakfast, and outdoor hot tubs and pool.
Requirements
- Must have previous hotel management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
Responsibilities
- Front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and engineering
- Human resources: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching and counseling of employees, problem resolution and discipline
- Resolve customer complaints, anticipate potential problems, operational issues, business flow and associate performance
- Prepare forecasts and reports and assist in the development, implementation and monitoring the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering
