About The Position

GO Car Wash is one of the fastest growing car wash operators in the United States, with locations in multiple states from coast to coast. As an Assistant General Manager, you will learn to manage your own site, assisting the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations and contributing to the site's continued success. This includes ensuring inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver an exceptional car wash experience, and addressing customer claims. You will also assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing, and developing Teammates to perform well, grow their responsibilities, and uphold company values by setting an example in all car wash activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of management experience in a service-related business
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth
• Ability to communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example
• Ability to organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities
• Ability to achieve results independently, and work collaboratively with team
• Ability to proactively and creatively find solutions to operational and people challenges

Nice To Haves

• Car wash experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site General Manager with all daily car wash operations
• Contribute to the continued success of the site
• Work with the Site General Manager on meeting all inventory, equipment, site, service and safety standards
• Deliver a convenient, consistent, exceptional car wash experience for customers
• Address customer claims when they occur
• Assist with hiring, training, coaching, managing and developing Teammates to perform their jobs well, grow their responsibilities, and uphold company values
• Set the example when performing all car wash activities
