About The Position

The Assistant General Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager to ensure the seamless operation of the hotel or hospitality establishment. The Assistant General Manager contributes to strategic planning, including pre-opening activities and yield management, to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction. They lead teams by identifying and solving operational challenges, managing food costs, and enforcing safety procedures to create a secure and welcoming environment. Ultimately, this role ensures that the property meets its financial goals while delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management roles.
  • Proven knowledge of hotel operations, including food and beverage management and safety procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in identifying and resolving operational issues.
