What This Role Is All About As an Assistant General Manager, you are a key leader within the store. You support the General Manager in running daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring the store performs at a high level. You are responsible for helping drive results, maintaining compliance, and creating a strong, consistent customer and team experience.

• Meets all state requirements to work in a dispensary.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Help create a positive and accountable team environment.
• Support and track KPIs such as AOV, UPT, and sales goals.
• Help drive sales through coaching and floor leadership.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily coverage needs.
• Ensure smooth day to day operations of the store.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Ensure all compliance processes are followed consistently.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and accuracy.
• Maintain an audit ready environment at all times.
• Work closely with the General Manager on store strategy.
• Communicate issues, trends, and opportunities.
• Support execution of company initiatives and goals.

Benefits

• Base Pay $52,000 Salary Approximately 40 hours per week
• Bonus potential up to $4,800 per year
• Employee discount of 20 percent, estimated value around $900 per year
