About The Position
Join Vicious Biscuit as an Assistant General Manager and earn $55,000–$60,000/year helping run a fast-casual breakfast brand with lines out the door — a balanced 45-hour work week and real room to grow as we expand into new states. As Assistant General Manager, you'll support the General Manager in running daily operations, developing the team, and driving a great guest experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of upper-level managerial experience
- ServSafe and alcohol certification required
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, from guest service to food safety
- Drive sales, control costs, and handle financial transactions
- Lead the team — hiring, training, and ongoing development
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- Engage with the local community and represent Vicious Biscuit with pride
