Requirements
- 2-3 years of restaurant leadership experience.
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example.
- Growth mindset with a passion for coaching and developing others.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 21+ years old.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and help execute the Via 313 brand experience every shift.
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics.
- Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
- Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
- Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
