This role focuses on ensuring happy guests, spotless cleanliness, product consistency and quality, and strong teamwork. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for daily supervision, training new team members, managing shifts, overseeing check-in/check-out processes, fostering a positive culture, conducting room inspections, managing inventory, supporting onboarding, overseeing time clock punches, auditing daily summaries and night audits, managing reporting, handling the purchase order process, signing off on invoices, ensuring quality assurance and adherence to brand standards, maintaining safety and fire inspections, escalating service failures, confirming preventative maintenance, ensuring adherence to work schedules, and covering open department head positions when necessary.
