About The Position

As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business. Working closely with the General Manager, you'll contribute to strategic planning, manage team performance, and uphold high standards of customer service. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, optimizing operational processes, and fostering a positive work environment. Requirements

Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and training
Must be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification
2+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
New restaurant opening experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Possess a valid driver's license

Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
