Requirements

Previous hotel management experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Overseeing front desk, housekeeping, and engineering operations.
Managing human resources functions including hiring, training, coaching, counseling, problem resolution, and discipline.
Resolving customer complaints, anticipating potential problems, and addressing operational issues and associate performance.
Preparing forecasts and reports.
Assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the budget to maximize revenue and minimize expenses.
