The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of leading hotel operations, managing teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A degree in accounting, business, finance, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS/PMS systems, Birch Street, Concur, ProfitSage, Sage300, and Workday. The role requires someone who can streamline operations, optimize efficiency, build trust through direct and honest communication, and make swift, impactful decisions.
