Position Summary The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations with a focus on front-of-house leadership. This exempt, non–tip-eligible role is responsible for hiring, training, and staffing FOH team members, ensuring smooth execution of service, and maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and hospitality. The AGM also assists with cost control, facilities management, and operational excellence, playing a key role in delivering Olive & Finch's mission of exceptional food and guest experiences.
